Who I am
I am an individual self-employed artist. This site is my personal portfolio site. As such, it is not a business site in that it does not collect or use personal details of those visiting it. The shop link takes you to a separate business site which is covered by its own privacy policy.
What personal data I collect and why I collect it
Comments
I have disabled comments on this site. My Facebook Art Page allows comments and messages and as such is covered by its own privacy policy.
Contact forms
The contact form sends me an e-mail. This would be treated the same as if you send me a personal e-mail. It will not be passed on to any third parties. If you contact me through the contact form, I will not use it for sending you any marketing or promotion stuff.
Analytics
This web site uses Google Analytics to determine visitor numbers and actions. It does not tell me who you are and any information Analytics gives me I do not pass on to any third parties. I use it merely to tell me if any event or promotion I do works as I can see how site visitor numbers respond after such events.
Cookies
If there are any cookies, they will relate to Google Analytics.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Bottom Line
As an individual artist, the purpose of this site is for you the reader (if you’ve bothered to get this far) is to learn about me the artist not me about you. To that end, I do not have any interest in collecting personal data about you an individual. That is all corporate business stuff. I have no database, mailing list etc. generated from this site. I’d rather be creating art.
